Where is your store located?
Decorus Architectural Hardware is an online-only store based in Perth, WA. We do not have a physical showroom, but we ship Australia-wide.

How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver all orders within 5–7 business days across Australia. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! All orders come with live tracking and an estimated delivery time (ETA), which is sent directly to your mobile or email.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 60 days of the order date. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Please visit our Returns Policy for more details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. For special international orders, please contact us directly.
Do you offer made-to-order or custom items?
Yes. Some of our hardware products are available as made-to-order. Product pages will mention this, along with terms and estimated lead times.
