For purchases made through our website, a 10% restocking fee will apply to all change-of-mind or incorrect purchases.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged in their original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as your tax invoice or Order Number.
• All returns should be sent to:
  Unit 85/12 Wall Street Maylands 6051.

Once your return is approved, items must be sent back within 60 days at your own expense for postage costs.

Please Note: Certain items are made-to-order and are non-returnable. For these items, you will be asked to confirm your understanding and agreement by checking a tick box during the purchasing process.

Warranties

i) Australian Consumer Law Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

ii) Manufacturer’s Warranty

Some products may include warranty documentation from the manufacturer or importer on or inside the packaging. Unless otherwise clearly stated, any such warranty is provided by the manufacturer or importer and not by Decorus Architectural.

iii) Exclusions and Limitations

All other warranties and representations are excluded, except those that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, where products supplied are not of a type ordinarily purchased for personal or household use, our liability is limited to refunding the price, replacing, or repairing the relevant goods (at our discretion) in the event of a warranty claim.

iv) Inspection and Reporting

To assist us in resolving any issues, please inspect the goods upon delivery and report any shortages, defects, discrepancies, or incorrect specifications as soon as you become aware of them.
