Shipping & Handling Information
At Decorus Architectural Hardware, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Most of our items have a 3-5 business day handling time; however, this may vary based on the specific product. Please refer to the individual product listings for the most accurate handling times. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Options
We ship using a variety of trusted carriers, including Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please, and TNT. We offer shipping to PO Boxes for parcels under 22kg. For larger orders, a street address and contact phone number will be required.
- Small and Lightweight Items: Sent via standard postage in padded envelopes (1-6 business days).
- Medium Parcels (500g to 22kg): Shipped through Australia Post eParcel, which includes online tracking for peace of mind.
- Parcels Over 22kg: Handled by couriers. Please ensure to provide a street address for delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that remote and country areas of Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Queensland may experience longer delivery times.
Shipping Costs & Exclusions
- Decorus Architectural ships hardware and accessories across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available and may vary depending on the size, weight, destination and supplier availability of the items ordered. Some products, bulky items, special-order items or multi-supplier orders may require a separate freight quote before dispatch. Selected products or promotional offers may qualify for reduced or free shipping. Free shipping is not guaranteed for all orders unless shown at checkout or confirmed by Decorus in writing. For custom hardware kits or multi-supplier orders, freight and availability may vary. Decorus will confirm any important shipping details before fulfilment where required.
For Safes, Bulky items, and orders shipped outside Australia, we will provide a custom shipping quote based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
International Shipping
Decorus ships to selected international destinations including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, Singapore, and Japan.
International orders are shipped via standard international courier. Delivery times vary by destination:
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–21 business days
- Asia (Singapore, Japan): 7–14 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
Some products are available to Australian customers only and will not be available for international shipping.
